Come flow with Avani (@avanigilbertyoga) , Adriana (@caribeyogini) , Eliz (@elizhv), Amala (@amalayoga108) and other highly qualified yoga educators from the Puerto Viejo area. You will be surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and watch the ocean waves roll in as you find serenity and open your heart to a global community.

***Arrive 10-15 minutes early to SECURE YOUR SPOT especially for the 8:00a.m. classes. You will need to  sign in and register at the eatery. 

WE DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS for public yoga classes. Due to the accessible price and the high quality of instruction, our classes are highly sought after. We suggest arriving early to guarantee your spot.

All yoga equipment is provided for you.

 Pay in cash, credit card or via SINPE when you sign-in (at the restaurant).

Public Classes

Drop In Rate: $6 USD or 3000 CRC* 

1 month unlimited: $85 usd or Equivalent in CRC^{+  +CR 13% IVA}

Important Information

~We provide all equipment needed including: mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters. 

~Sign in at the restaurant to get your ticket.

~Check in to see if your class will be held on the Bhakti or Maha Shala

~Present your ticket to the instructor. Students without a ticket will not be permitted to enter.

~Exact change is requested & very appreciated. Tips are welcomed.

~Monthly passes include the guided public yoga classes only, they DO NOT include special events and workshops nor the Ashtanga Mysore practice.

~Yoga Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be paused or extended, are for individual use only and are not pro-rated. They are for month long periods only. 

~Doors to the shala close at 8:00am. No late arrivals permitted.

Drop-in students are welcome to join us at anytime! Our schedule welcomes all Yogis regardless of experience or skill level, size, shape or condition.
