She aims towards body awareness through proper alignment and engagement of muscles, while flowing with the breath. Gaby's classes are well suited for those looking to explore and deepen their relationship with their bodies and breath. She is a health and wellness advocate and is excited to journey alongside you to explore your potential in your unique human body.
